This is an embarrassment to Ontario. These facilities are cruel, with the cruelty justified only by their role in an obscure, antiquated sport. I ask those responsible for this decision to consider, honestly, whether they can really imagine someone not looking back, 100 years from now, on these practices with a mixture of embarrassment and shame: this sort of thing belongs to the 17th century, and not to a modern province of Canada.
