This government has completely lost it. To encourage and expand a program for training hunting dogs using captured animals is appalling. Foxes, rabbits, etc are mammals. They feel fear, they hurt. Hunting for the sport of it should be banned. Other than remote communities that hunt because they need the food, the sport itself should be outlawed. This is just outrageous.
