The act of capturing, abusing, and using wild animals to train dogs is abhorrent. I firmly reject the government's proposal to implement this new policy. It is a terrible regression into the past where we do not belong and where we need to leave behind. The government must also close down the remaining 24 centres that are open using these training techniques, it is inhumane to continue this practice and to open up more facilities for the government's cronies to make more money from. These facilities are not the will of the people.
