This is an abhorrent practice. Live animals do not need to be used to train hunting dogs. Rabbits, coyotes, and foxes should never be taken from their natural environments for the sole purpose of being tortured and killed. This was phased out in 1997 and the Ford administration is once again taking us backwards. All existing facilities need to be shut down immediately.
