I am strongly opposed to this proposal. This is an inhumane and cruel business which is rightly banned almost everywhere. Why would the government allow the return of a business that normalizes such viciousness while at the same time wanting to increase the police presence to combat the violence in society at large? It is well known that people who find the torture and killing of animals to be entertaining are also very capable of doing the same to humans.
