I am shocked and appalled that Ontario allows and protects this activity let alone allowing the expansion of such vile cruelty to animals. It is the type of animal cruelty that might be acceptable in a third world country but it is a stain on the ability of the province to hold itself supposedly civilized jurisdiction. Shame on Doug Ford and the Conservative government.
