To Whom it may concern,

I am a licensed practicing veterinarian (since 1980), graduating from Ontario Veterinary College. I do not support providing new licences, nor transferring existing licences to new applicants (new dog train and trial areas and transfer of licences).

This activity is not humane in any way for the wildlife involved. I am surprised that it is conducted, let alone that you are considering expanding it.

And I strongly advise that you involve indigenous leaders in this consultation if this has not already been done.
