This practice seems entirely unethical, and was phased out years ago for a reason. Why kill coyotes, foxes, and rabbits needlessly, and painfully, when hunting is already legalized and occurs in the according hunting seasons? People have been training hunting dogs prior to this without the legalization of these facilities. Not to mention the untouched green space it would remove from wildlife, from which we already take so much.
