Your proposal is totally outrageous and mind blowing to me. What you are proposing serves no useful purpose to most people and only serves a very small percentage of the population.
I can see no benefit unless you are using it as a way to get money from taxation.
It is totally barbaric!
What next - bring back gladiators and let them train by hunting down and killing the homeless.
Sounds similar to your proposal. I am vehemently against this proposal.
I am a totally average Canadian. I’m begging you this is the beginning of the erosion of humanity if you go ahead with what you are planning.
Please don’t do this.
