I am against this proposal to allow captive wildlife to be used to train hunting dogs. I have never heard of this before and it needs to stop not be issuing new licences and allowing transfers of existing licences.
These are sentient beings and to purposefully hold them captive for profit is disgusting and unnatural.
Stop this now.
