If these were supposed to be phased out over time why are you allowing more to now be licensed? Why are you now changing your mind? I assume you are getting paid by the barbaric hunters or receiving kick backs so money is more important to you then the lives of our wildlife who we should be protecting. I am disgusted by my government officials and you should be ashamed of yourselves
