Please do not allow this proposal to pass. It is cruel and unethical. I know I may sound extreme to you because I don’t support hunting either, but trapping and holding sentient creatures for the purpose of sport and training dogs to hunt is unforgivable. They are able to feel pain and fear just like you and I, and no human being should wield the power to condemn another life to such conditions. Things happen in nature, fine, but this is an active choice you are holding in your hands about putting a sentient being through a life, not a moment, of misery. Please do not pass this. Surely it’s not so crucial to train hunting dogs, maybe there are other issues you could turn towards.
