I find this to be absolutely disgusting. If a hunter needs to hunt within an enclosed area to “practice”, they shouldn’t be hunting. I strongly encourage a reconsideration of this barbaric practice. A hunter should be able to train their dog if that is their choice, without essentially trapping prey with large fences outside of their known habitat.
This is animal cruelty.
