This is my comment on the proposal to allow the issuance of licenses for new dog train and trial areas and the transfer of licenses. I am strongly opposed to this proposal. The cruelty and barbarism is revolting and gruesome. There is no economic benefit worth the hounding of wildlife in a confined space. When did it become lawful to torture animals?
