I oppose decentralizing the environmental regulation to municipal governing bodies and want the most stringent rebate program in place to encourage energy efficiencies. I am extremely disappointed with the Ford government for recalling rebates on electric cars. I missed this opportunity by a month or so from when he took office and stole this opportunity from Ontarians who want to save money on gas and reduce their carbon footprint. This Ford government seems opposed to every common sense policy the Liberals implemented, simply because it was a Liberal initiative, even if it made sense economically for the province, the environment and Ontario residents.
