In support of the efforts of Uxbridge and north-Durham based conservation, nature, and recreation groups' efforts, it is important that the lands (public and private) touching or nearby the proposed park are managed by one overarching responsible body that oversees the ecological health of the land, flora and fauna AND provides a coordinated usage plan for humans. Please ensure that parking, signage, maps, safe road crossings, trailhead washrooms, dog control and all other social aspects are well-coordinated. This is a large land mass overseen by several bodies and now is the perfect time to create a unified plan and follow through. Good luck!
