At a time when we should be strengthening environmental protection, this Act seems to be completely and utterly backwards. The super intelligent policy makers, environmental agencies and citizens can FOR SURE come up with a better solution that allows business to progress, but still maintains environmental and climate protections. This is a step into the past, in a really bad way and should be re-evaluated.
