I am opposed to the York1 proposal:

York 1 posted an ERO to the Ministry of Environment on November 30th, 2023 allowing them to discharge on-site ditches and stormwater management ponds into Molly's Creek. This ERO closed for comment on January 14th, 2024 before it became common public knowledge.

We are opposed, as Molly's Creek, a naturally run spring runs through the back of the purchased properties directly into the Sydenham River (known as the Jongquakamik in Nishnaabemwin (Ojibwe). It is a river at risk with over 80 fish and 34 species of freshwater mussels.
