A few questions I have not…

A few questions I have not seen answers to in my research.
If not here, then where?
If here, how will local businesses benefit? If not here, how will local businesses be affected? Where is the nearest facility currently?
What is the radius area this new location expects to receive soils from?
The public should be made aware of the exhaust and potential spills from transport this will save.
How many local jobs will this create? At what wages? What skill-set/education is required or will the employer/owner train?
What does "contaminated soil" mean exactly? What are examples of contaminants? Their effects on local flora, fauna and water supplies for human consumption?
Could the town not just promise to maintain the road if wear and tear is a concern?
What methods are put in place to avoid spills/run off? Including spills that may occur in-transit.
