I live in Southwestern…

I live in Southwestern Ontario and have a Professional Engineering background. I have observed a significant increase in development. This is now, and in the future, going to result in increased waste of exactly the type as described in this proposal. It makes excellent sense to me to develop a capacity to reprocess, reclaim and provide material to recycle and reuse which will redirect it from existing waste streams and landfills. It SHOULD be recycled and reused and not further burden existing facilities and landfills. As a current and past site for similar uses it seems to me to be an excellent site for such a project.
