As a resident of Dresden, this dump proposal is terrifying. Having a dump this close to our town is unacceptable. Having a multi million dollar corporation that has found a loophole in the system to potentially make it happen is unacceptable. Why is garbage being shipped so far to our small little town and dumped in our backyard?
Further- the most worrying part is the impact environmentally. With multiple watersheds and fertile farmland all around the dumpsite- the thought that this could go forward is scary.
We need an environmental assessment completed. We do not want this dump in our backyard!!!
