I believe it would be foolish to repeal the Cap and Trade program at this time. We need to make serious changes as a society to address the crisis of climate change. Putting a price on carbon, and continuing to lower emissions limits has been proven to reduce GHG emissions in other jurisdictions.
Recent science has shown that we must take definitive and swift action to prevent a global catastrophe.
Please, do not allow Bill 4 to become law and take effect.
