The proposed building height is too tall.
We would challenge student housing usage.
The neighboring Holland Christian Homes (HCH) needs to be supported - we serve vulnerable seniors - this increased traffic will create increased safety and security issues - people already take over our parking spots - many will not want to park in the underground due to safety concerns (especially when going to utilize proposed retail space) - we would request that the developer ensure security fencing and gates surrounding HCH is part of the plan and provide HCH with possible access to its own underground area (but inaccessible by the tenants of the proposed site).
We need better traffic flow around the proposed complex - it is a serious now.
Cars are already noisy - speeding cars, revving engines and noise - will increase with more tenants.
Drug store and bank is convenient for residents, and they would want these services to continue to be available for usage.
