From my understanding, Bill 185 will not provide better homes for more people. Instead it will open the door for urban sprawl and higher taxes to pay for the need infrastructure. We need more affordable housing in areas that are already serviced. Surely, this government can be more creative in providing housing in ways that do not require the destruction of our precious farmland.
