The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for 2795803 Ontario Inc.. This application is for the approval of stormwater management works to serve a warehouse facility located at 469 Highway 77, Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater management works consist of roof water drainage pipe systems, on-site storm sewers, a stormwater management wet pond, catch basin manhole, emergency overflow spillway, and an oil/grit separator and will discharge to the existing stormwater quality wet pond located just south of the new stormwater management pond.
