I am concerned about the changes to Ontario’s Endangered Species Act. We are the most densely populated province with the highest concentration of endangered species. If there is any province that needs evidence-based decision making it would be Ontario. Lire davantage

I strongly support a long-term Section 55 Regulatory Exemption for the forest sector which recognises the Crown Forest Sustainability Act (CFSA) as an equivalent process to the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Lire davantage

I think the Endangered Species Act should be strengthened, not weakened. Allowing developers to pay to bypass regulations is a terrible idea. Lire davantage

The forest sector in Ontario provides jobs, supports communities, stabilizes the economy as well as protects endangered species across Ontario. It is also an important driver in the northern communities of Ontario. Lire davantage

The proposed changes to the ESA is a gift to developers, at the cost of all Ontarians and endangering food security. Lire davantage

We are the last hope for endangered species! They can not vote, protest, plead for help or beg for mercy. They have no voice and we need to work for them by protecting their natural habitats. They aren’t asking for cheap beer or affordable housing, simply a place to exist.

I think it's irrational because why would allow businesses to destroy habitats and pay money that goes to research about animals. We have got 12 years and i will be 24 years old and i want to have a good life.

I think that we should fund for climate strike because if ONE more species goes extinct, it could have catastrophic impact on the economy. Help us pick up trash and use less of cars. Use less gas and less electricity.

Businesses are rakeing the beaches when the beautiful piping plover birds just got back and breaking there habitat mean they will all die. I want these beautiful birds to still be alive when i am twenty-one and you are wrecking their habitat just for money. This is crazy! Lire davantage

This is ridiculous because if you destroy the thing you are trying to save you are not saving anything if it's already extinct and if you get money for what you are destroying to do research what is the point if it's already dead?

I want to know why you said if people pay you to destroy the environment, you will research it. You should be doing the opposite! I think this idea is terrible, irrational and you are not thinking about the future.

• Considering a species condition around its broader biologically relevant geographic area, inside and outside Ontario increases the risk that the species will be extirpated from the province which can have significant ecological and economical impacts, while also reducing the protections for the sp Lire davantage

You don’t care about my future or my brother’s future. Clean up your mess! Plant trees and protect land instead of destroying it. Protect endangered species like piping plovers and do stuff for the animals around the world. Please do my wish and help our planet.
