While I recognize the importance of improving access to affordable housing and building more homes, this Act oversteps on too many important areas. I am deeply concerned with the following:

Please build out 1.5 million new homes this decade. Do it in current municipal areas. 4 storey homes should be allowed anywhere in an urban area. Mass transit areas should have no height restrictions whatsoever.
