Lands should not be removed from the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act. As soon as the policy is opened up for one edit, what is to stop the government from opening more of its area for development. Please leave the Greenbelt the way it is. It provides many essential functions. Floodplains and farm land for instance. New housing is vital for Ontario's future, however, higher density is the way to provide affordable housing for Ontario's growing population.

This is the absolute worst decision. We need this green belt for all future generations. For our health, for clean water, flood mitigation, wildlife, at risk species, the list goes on and on. DO NOT change the zoning of this ecologically significant land please for the love of our children.

Bill 23 must be repealed in its entirety. We need to preserve our natural spaces and farmland. The lands under the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan need to be protected and there should be no development allowed on these lands. I strongly disagree with this proposal.
