The Greenbelt Lands should not only be protected in their entirety but they should be expended and enhanced.
The province does not need more urban sprawl in the name of affordable housing. We need affordable housing in core areas that have services such as rapid transit, affordable grocery and hardware stores, and are walkable neighborhoods.
The province is making the same mistakes over and over, this is not progress, it's regression.
The proposal should be declined.
