Please do not be building on green space. MZOs are brought in by government when people don’t want certain projects for a good reason.

It should be clear to the government by this point that approving density to enable developers to finance themselves to the gills to deliver housing and public infrastructure (transit as well as water/wastewater) is risky and not producing housing or transit as promised or quicker. Read more
