The water you are proposing to pollute by moving the sewer pipes is used by swimmers and young children learning to sail. Please reconsider the placement of these sewer pipes because it will prevent anyone from using the waterfront after rains.

So you're moving the sewer drainage to where people swim and row so the mega spa gets a clean beach? I'm strongly opposed. How much more cash are you going to throw at this unwanted private spa on public land. You also did this at the sketchiest time hoping nobody would be paying attention. Read more

I oppose this plan as it places the sewage overflow in an area that has heavy use by swimmers, paddle boarders, canoes, etc. Placing sewage overflow discharge in this area puts the people of Toronto at increased risk. Read more

This proposal is vile. I am repulsed at the thought of moving sewage pipes to the West Channel. Please, this taxpayer is literally begging her provincial government to NOT DO THIS. Please consider the health and welfare of both our planet and people ahead of profits. Please.

I am commenting to oppose the proposed combined sewer at the site that was previously Ontario place. This goes against the work the city of Toronto has been doing for years to minimize sewage discharge into lake Ontario. Read more

I strongly oppose the proposal for an interim combined sewer to support development at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard (Ontario Place). This plan undermines decades of work by the City of Toronto to eliminate combined sewers and prevent raw sewage from being discharged into Lake Ontario. Read more

This proposal is very vague and provides very little information. The Ontario public deserve more information, and based on what I’ve heard of this plan to move sewage pipes away from the proposed development site of Ontario Place and to dump raw sewage in Lake Ontario is horrendous. Read more

As a Torontonian who uses that section of the lake- I am deeply concerned by Doug Fords plan to reroute sewage to this area! We are very against the therme mega spa and the many negative environmental effects this bad deal is already having on our previous community!
