York 1 wants to re open an outdated permit. They want to expand this permit extensively, and expand the waste material that it was zoned for. York 1 has a history of avoiding safety and regulation. As shown if you open their Google reviews or look I to their current fines. Read more

My children don't want a dump because they don't want their quiet bike rides on the gravel road they live on to be eradicated by re-routed garbage wagons when neighboring roads get closed due to the increased volume they can't handle. Read more

Our small community of 2500-2700 people does not want up to 6000tons a day in 700 trucks travelling through our historic downtown. This will have a negative impact our out town known as southwestern Christmas town. We bring thousands to our community for our night markets twice a year. Read more

Dresden is a small community and having 100 trucks a day rolling through town would be devastating. The damage to our roads as well as the traffic noise would cripple this town. The idea of trucks moving in and out of town 24/7 is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Read more
