The removal of requirement of an environmental assessment on York 1s proposed waste disposal site outside of Dresden puts our environment at major risk. York one has purchased an adjacent firm which it would also turn into waste disposal land. Read more

There's no excusing trying to remove an EA. It's the first step in safeguarding communities from projects like this. If everything was kosher, it wouldn't need to be removed as a requirement. Read more

ERO 025-0389 Please vote no on Bill 5 Because: Dresden residents and surrounding communities do not deserve to be put in danger due to deadly asbestos exposure. Contamination to our Sydenham river due to deadly toxins is irreversible. Our endangered species deserve to be protected. Read more

Think of the proximity to homes/schools. Less than 1km. Ask yourself, if this was you or your children, would you find this acceptable? You would not so do not force this upon this vibrant, growing community. It has such potential and there is so many other options for this waste. Read more
