By approving this bill you are viewing indigenous rights as "red tape". It is the refusal to use studies on environmental impacts and the current safeguards in place. We need to keep the current measures to ensure no harm is done to animals (especially endangered) or people alike. Read more

I oppose Bill 5. Destroying our local and interwoven ecosystems in the name of industry is unacceptable. The well being of the ecosystems aids in ensuring our own survival in the long term. What kind of place are we leaving behind for our children to live in? No to Bill 5!

We strongly oppose this bill as it takes away our natural diversity in Ontario and green space. We are totally appalled with this direct violation to Ontarians rights to be able to enjoy the green we have without more development. We are also in opposition of the removal of bike lanes

This bill is clearly destructive to the environment and is a step backwards for any progress gained for wildlife conservation. I do not support PCs changing these laws to allow for Doug Ford's developer buddies to cash in; especially after the entire greenbelt hullabaloo earlier in his term. Read more
