As a Peel resident, I don't want to pay fees or my tax money going into implementing a change in ownership of Peel Water Services into Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon. I simply do not see the value in it, and yet it would cost us!

We are pleased that the province is committed to maintaining public asset ownership while exploring innovative utility models and ways to fund growth infrastructure. We recommend that public corporations for water and wastewater services remain voluntary, not mandatory.
