The Province must provide all when policy foundation provided by the PPS are trumped by the policies of the Growth Plan in cases where the policies conflict? In contrast, the policies of the Greenbelt Plan take precedence over the policies of the PPS to the extent of any conflict. Read more

I am in FULL SUPPORT of INCREASING the Greenbelt in Simcoe County and the rest of the province. Developers and industry have long enough had their way in this province. It is time to preserve what is left.

I am completely in favour of expanding the Greenbelt to include all of the study area and even more. There is no portion of the study area that should be deleted. All of Springwater Township, Tiny Marsh, and the complete Alliston aquifer should be added.

Great Idea?? Take away the farmer's livelihood, confiscate his land under the pretense of preserving ground water so our city friends can enjoy the country side at my expense. If you wish my land for ground water, buy the land!
