As a resident of the Yonge-Eglinton area, I am writing to express my support and that of my family and neighbours for Yonge-Eglinton Official Plan Amendment No. 405 (OPA 405) as adopted by the City of Toronto.
Dear Sir/Madam, I have lived in the Yonge Eglinton area for the past 5 years. I recognize that property owners have the right to build larger and more modern buildings in the area and that we have to live with construction. However, there are limits set by the city on height, set-backs etc.

RE: City of Toronto OPA 405 Our association is on record as haviing supported this OPA during the City's hearings on the proposal leading up to City Council adoption of the OPA.
Dear Minister, I live and work in the Eglinton & Mt. Pleasant area and I strongly support the recommendations of this three year study. Our area is stressed to the maximum and their is such an enormous amount of additional strain being placed upon all our resources.
This to tell the Minister that for too long, provincial rules have favoured developers over people and that OPA405 needs to be approved so that growth occurs much more responsibly and to ensure that: Social services such as childcare, seniors supports, and youth recreation programs are in place
