Please do not cancel the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016
- We cannot compete economically using old technology with other countries who have lower costs.
- We have abundant resources (money and highly talented labour force) to develop and evolve our society.

I would just like to offer my opinion regarding the cap and trade cancellation act. This seems like a great idea economically, allowing for our local companies in our province to behave in a more free market enterprise, and allowing our economy to subsequently thrive.

I am extremely disappointed in the cancellation of this Bill. The figures show that Cap and Trade is effective at reducing fossil fuel emission and it is incredibly careless for us to cancel this Bill. Will not be voting PC in future based on this issue, please change.
Eliminating the Cap-and-Trade is irresponsible and is a step backwards in decreasing Ontario's impact on the environment. The government should be putting more policies in place to protect the environment, conserve ecosystems, decrease carbon emissions, and invest in Green energy and industry.
