Besides the fact that the neighbourhood already has very stinky days from the sewage plant, I do not support the project there is already too much truck traffic (usually speeding) down Beechgrove as it is. It would be nice if these projects could be scaled down.

This proposal is sadly lacking in detail, and publi consultation has been non-existent. I am located in an area that will be directly impacted by the activity, and although withing 200 meters (as the crow flies, not by street), knew nothing about it until reading of it in the news.

THIS IS A VERY POPULATED AND CONCENTRATED ZONE, MULTIPLE FAMILIES LIVE AROUND THE AREA! Families with kids, several of them live around the West Hill area and will be affected by the emissions.

The current water treatment plan already emits enough smells to make the nearby watrfront trail uncomfortable. With an added expansion to include open air toxic gases, you might as well close the trail completely and make the only available lakshore trail unusable.

The area where the facility is to be located is too close to residential neighbours. Truck traffic 24/7 365 days/year would interfere with GO Rouge traffic and other residential traffic patterns.

This SITE needs to be moved out of the City or away from where population is. This is a hazard to life and will be acting as a slow poison which will harm all the locality with the Toxic gas and the environmental pollution it will create in our environment.

The proposed site is located in a thin strip of industrial site next to a residential district and school zone with two primary schools, William G Miller Public School and St Malachy Cathlic School, both of which are a mere few hundred meters from the proposed site.

This area already has much too many trucks going in and out of the area . I’ve live in the area my whole life and I’ve seen the change . The community can’t afford more traffic .
I recently read an article in the Scarborough Mirror regarding the proposal for a bio-gas plant at 633 Coronation Dr in Scarborough, and I am deeply concerned that a plant of this scope and magnitude would even be considered for a quiet residential area.
