From my understanding Miller Group has not been playing by the rules and seems to have been ignoring them to a great deal. It is time for the MNRF to enforce the applicable rules and not grant any changes of use to this property. Read more

Millar has a terrible track record of following policy. What makes you think this time is different? Why is the MNRF releasing responsibility and putting the decision making on Uxbridge? This reminds me of the handling of the Greenbank Airport mismanagement. Read more

Neither the province nor the township should approve the proposal from Miller Paving. As a local resident, we live with noise, dust, increased traffic and undoubtedly additional pollution from the existing operations. Read more

I object to Miller’s applications. First, for years Miller has not only broken the rules by developing a contractor’s yard but have refused to comply with the Ministry’s request to remove it. More importantly, I believe it is critical that lands within the Oak Ridges Moraine be protected. Read more

I am a concerned resident of Uxbridge that doesn’t want Miller paving to be able to bring more trucks and fill into our beautiful area. I believe that by approving this, it opens up the possibility for more companies to change the terms that they have with the township and the MNRF. Read more

As a resident in the area, 5 minute drive away, I advocate for this site to be returned to natural state. The water quality in the area is important as folks in the area are on well water and would not want any industrial activity to endanger that.
