I think that it is the M O E that should be responsible for vehicle emmisions. M V I S are required to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive and is safe for the public to be around. Read more

There needs to be clarification on the equipment that is required to do these integrated inspections. From the provided information in Ontario's Regulatory Registry, the equipment necessary for performing light-duty/passenger vehicle inspections consists of a $1500 tablet with some cables. Read more

Stop this nonsense. Most of this “proposal” is unenforceable and will lead to more bureaucratic red tape with overlapping and conflicting laws. Just do the job you have and stop trying to invent new/ useless ones. If you can’t handle the job you have now, quit.

Impliment in the regulation a acceptable noise level of passenger vehicle exhaust. There is far to much unnecessary noise being emitted by many after market products and I feel it's a good opportunity to bring this into the emission testing requirements.

We are a maid station in white river and clean burn tests are difficult to get cause of the number of stations I welcome theses changes but need some agency introduce us to equipment nessesary then have the Mto people work with us via open dialogue
