Most new heavy duty diesel engines now have a particulate sensor that notifies the operator if too much soo is getting passed the diesel particulate filter.

We are a maid station in white river and clean burn tests are difficult to get cause of the number of stations I welcome theses changes but need some agency introduce us to equipment nessesary then have the Mto people work with us via open dialogue
How will the integration of emissions and safety inspection programs be handled for glider kits with no emission systems ?
Will glider kits have to meet emissions of Year of vehicle or will they be grand-fathered in to program?
