Rentals of software licenses should be an eligible expense. Many, if not most exploration companies use a variety of software to execute exploration programs. Whether those be for logging drill core, 3D modelling, geological interpretation, airborne interpretation etc. Read more

I believe drill core re-logging should be an assessable credit. This does not involve new drilling but we have hundreds of thousands of metres of core drilled by previous owners that we want to re-log which takes geologists time to do. This is a very valuable exploration tool that we rely on. Read more

I disagree with the technical standards required for Airborne Geophysical surveys (non drone). Because these represent larger areas, some of the technical standards become extremely tedious. These include the table of claims/cell IDs covered and the historical work aspect of the area flown. Read more

There is no mention of which work requires sign-off from qualified personnel, or what those qualifications would need to be. Are we to assume they are not necessary anymore? If so, that is fine, but please be explicit about this. Read more

Capping a prospector day rate at $350 a day is not fair, especially for performing work types other than grassroots exploration. All grassroots exploration expenses should be awarded at a rate of 100% to assessment credit. Read more

My name is Randy Stewart I am a geologist, a prospector, and a claim holder. I disagree with capping the work allotment to $350 per day for claim holders performing their own work. I believe this is discriminatory. The prospector should receive the same pay allocation as a contractor. Read more
