Please respect the promises made over the last few years. The watershed, farmland, and green space is important to the health of the surrounding agricultural areas and is an attractive feature for skilled workers to the province. Focus on density not sprawl.

This is completely the wrong approach to sustainable economical development. It will increase taxes and the resulting cost of living for surrounding communities while building housing that is for the wealthy.It will not solve housing for the rest of the population especially new immigrants.
