Please do not pave the Greenbelt with suburban housing. Instead allow for denser European floor style housing apartments (3/4 bedroom) on major arteries throughout the GTA. Suburban sprawl sucks. Large apartment style homes inside of existing city boundaries rock.
I vote PC every term but this is the one thing that will make me vote for any other candidate over conservative. DF has broken enough promises already.

The Greenbelt is for protection of species of wildlife and plants. It’s a huge contributor to helping with carbon emissions created by nearby infrastructure. Many wetlands contribute to water quality and volumes. Water doesn’t magically appear in your pipes it’s source is aquifers underground.
