Devil's Glen is a treasure of Ontario and should be protected for recreational use! Climbers are stewards of the land - more people climbing means cleaner lots, safer areas for hikers, and cleaner forest floors and trails to mitigate forest fire potential.

I am extremely happy to see a proper framework for climbing in a provincial park. I absolutely agree that areas, trails, and climbing routes should be subject to closure based on environmental impact.

I support the addition of rock climbing as a permitted recreational activity. Ontarios rock climbing community is deeply ingrained in the community and history of the parks and are committed to upholding and protecting natural areas for all to appreciate.
I am an Ontario resident and I strongly support this proposed amendment, particularly the inclusion of rock climbing as a permitted activity within Devil's Glen Provincial Park. Rock climbing is a low impact sport, practiced by a community that highly values our natural spaces.

I have spent many wonderful summer days climbing these cliffs, they mean the world to me. I'm so glad access is being formalized. Kudos OAC and ERO for bringing this about.
The rock climbing community is getting bigger everywhere in the world and that is true for Ontario as well. Climbers represent a significant proportion of people who enjoy the outdoors so it makes sense to allow rock climbing accessible.
