I think buying the licences Jan 1 makes sense people are too busy and forget myself included. Love the app idea but keeping the ability to print your tag for people that may not have the use of a cell.
This proposal is fantastic. Something needs to be done about how inefficient the printing of tags is right now. I just tried to print a bear tag and opened the pdf the first time and the tag did not show up only the summary. Now it's showing printed but I had nothing to print.

The analysis of the “Regulatory impact analysis” is not accurate and this bill actually deregulate any hunting for fox. The comment that “ do not reduce any requirements for persons to possess the appropriate licenses or tags while fishing and hunting”, is inaccurate.

I am all for this system but bring back the plastic tags! I have encountered and know and heard of people just photo copying their tags and having multiples to shoot multiple game.
I like this approach; this is in line with what many states in the USA are doing now. It eliminates the need to print paper tags and to carry paper outdoors cards showing what licenses are active and valid in your account. This aligns with the modern digital age and I am for this!
Although having your Outdoor Card, fishing and hunting license digitally appears to be a major improvement over paper , I have some concerns. If your digital device battery dies, you have no valid record of having licenses

This is a neat proposal. Beneficial for outfitters. Hope they come up with a good plan for this and tested the site. We cant wait for digital changes for tags. We would love this idea, specifically from us outfitter. This saved us a lot of time.Thank you for doing this improvement

I would feel as if the mobile application would become unsafe as with technology being attacked and phones being able to be read with knowledge it almost as if your privacy could be stolen.
