The app should have the ability to report anomalies found on fish or animals, to include; date, time, location, pictures, free text.
Also there should be an option to quickly report poaching or illegal practices, forest fires, etc.

It is about time.I know that the government is slow to make improvements,but the capability to do anything on a phone has been around for awhile.I also like the paper tag idea,but even better would be something more durable for a tag.Your online system for printing tags is glitchy also.
I sincerely hope that you fix the longstanding glitch in your license system that prevents me from printing my license out of Chrome. Every time I try, and go through all the "fixes" suggested my your technical support, it fails. I end up having to use another browser.

I'm all for digital licensing. However, in my group there are several people who still do not have data on their phones. You would have to make it optional for this to be viable.

With regards to the bear validation certificates, please eliminate the ancient Mercator Grid system to identify the location of the kill. GPS co-ordinates or townships would be very simple.
