This is absolutely ridiculous. The people in that community rely on many of the services offered in that plaza. The area is already MASSIVELY overpopulated and the Province, with assistance from the City of Toronto, is going to allow it to become even more chaotic an congested. Read more

This proposal is only being handed to the province to circumvent the legal and community steps required by the city of Toronto. The developer could easily pay the fees that are still outstanding and proceed with the normal and regular approval process. Read more

The traffic congestion at Black Creek and Lawrence is currently unacceptable. The existing road network surrounding this intersection was never designed to deal with the current vehicle load. Adding several thousand more commuters to this intersection will paralyze the entire area. Read more
