I am an Ontario resident and have been my entire life. This is the single worst law I have ever seen proposed by my government in all my years on this planet. This bill is nothing but destructive. It is destructive to our province, our safety, and our health. I oppose bill 5.

“Development sites need to be subjected to rigorous and thorough assessment for environmental damage. Weakening environmental protections will weaken Ontario's future. Value science - think beyond the now.”
Ontarians have not asked for weaker protections or less say in decisions that affect the province’s land, water and future. Bill 5 would silence community voices, marginalize science and erase decades of hard-won environmental progress.

“Doug Ford is doing this to build his highway, there are 29 species at risk or Endangered along the route he plans to build. To remove this would allow him to bulldose farmland and these animals habitats.”
