I feel that this amendment will be detrimental to endangered species. We should be working harder to preserve the lands in question, not destroying the habitats of endangered species without prior consultation.
I strongly oppose Bill 5, the Protect Ontario by Unleashing Our Economy Act. This legislation poses a serious threat to Ontario's natural heritage, democratic processes and Indigenous rights.

I oppose Bill 5. We need to prioritize environmental protections over industry. Once protected habitats are taken over, there is no way to restore them.

I strongly oppose Bill 5. The Ontario government should prioritize the protection of Endangered Species and the lands they reside within. An alarming number of species within Ontario are either endangered, extirpated, or threatened and deserve to be protected.
